We were very satisfied with the apartment. However the support of the Travel Agency was one of the worst, we have experienced so far. - We did not receive the address until ca. 60mins before arrival (!) and it was impossible to reach them via phone/email for hours. This made me significant roaming costs on the way there. - Although search engine (booking.com) was set for definite criteria (such as pets, air, etc), finally it was completely differently communicated towards the landlord, making bad feelings in both sides. Afterwards, the apartment was really pretty. And Krk is of course a perfect location, so it was a nice holiday....unfortunately with an embarrassing start. :(
