La famiglia del sig Franko è stata molto accogliente e ci ha offerto i loro prodotti locali e dell"ottimo vino. Il punto di forza di questo appartamento è sicuramente la terrazza sul mare, perfetta per vedere l"alba, per goderci il sole riflesso a colazione e per una cena romantica! :inlove:

Apartament znajduje się przy samej wodzie zatoki, w której cumują statki. Widok z balkonu przepiękny, apartament czysty i przestronny. Dobrze urządzony i wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne. Duże przestronne pokoje i łazienka z prysznicem. Gospodarze bardzo mili i pomocni, przygotowali poczęstunek i wino w formie chorwackich specjałów. Jest miejsce do parkowania, pomost do opalania i miejsce do np. cumowania sprzętów wodnych np kajaku czy pontonu czy motorówki. Jedyny minut to brak klimatyzacji ale da się wytrzymać w końcu jest się przy morzu i chłodzi bryza.

Skromné, ale velmi útulné ubytování ve zrekonstruovaném apartmánu. Domácí hodní, milí a ochotní. Kousek od moře a mola, vhodné pro používání malé loďky.

Die Unterkunft wurde nicht geputzt. Es braucht Auto wenn man zu den Sandstränden möchte. Die Hausherren sind sehr nett. Diese Unterkunft verfügt über keinen eigenen Eingang.

Non sono lamentele, ma suggerimenti per migliorare: A) Installare condizionatore, anche piccolo: è indispensabile B) Far arrivare acqua calda anche al lavandino della cucina C) Pulire prima dell"arrivo degli ospiti: -c.1 filtro della macchina del caffè era ancora pieno di fondi ammuffiti -c.2 le stoviglie erano appiccicose (probabilmente lavate male e/o non risciacquate) D) Migliorare le dotazioni di cucina -d.1 troppe pentole e nemmeno una padella -d.2 servizio da 6 posate insufficiente se si vuole usare la lavastoviglie -d.3 aumentare la dotazione di coltelli da cucina -d.4 fornire una bilancia da cucina -d.5 fornire un fornetto a micro onde -d.6 lavastoviglie difficilmente utilizzabile (simboli cancellati dall"uso: non si capisce come impostare i programmi)

:( Kitchen and bathroom are rather new. The bedroom combined with sitting room is old fashioned. Electric cables are lying on the floor, no nice place to sit. No sea-view. Picnic-set outside, no nice chairs to sit outside. No beach as promises the website. Complicated way to get the right address. Must print a voucher, not handy when you are travelling . Many beautiful promises on booking.com, which are misleading. I wouldn’t recommend this apartment.

sehr sauberes gut ausgestattetes Appartement. Freundliche Vermieter. Wifi eher nicht so gut - aber im Urlaub für uns nicht so wichtig. :)

Spoštovani. Z dopustom v apartmaju v Lumbardi smo bili zelo zadovoljni. Apartma je lep, čist, na super lokaciji. Lastniki so izredno prijazni, pripravljeni ustreči in gostoljubni. :) Lepo vas pozdravljamo Tatjana Šnajcer
