L"appartamento è moderno e pulito, con ottima vista mare città e monti. L"ingresso, il palazzo e il quartiere sono decisamente vecchi, trascurati e sporchi.

Czerwiec_lipiec 2008. Śliczne miejsce. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, lepszej mieć już się nie da. Blisko plaża, stare miasto,restauracje i sklepiki. Mieszkanie baaardzo czyste i zadbane (naczynia ,lodówka, klima, tv + super widok z balkonu na ładna okolice). Polecam w 200%, a winda przynajmniej działa szybko.

Warunki lokalowe zgodne z opisem. Jedyny minus do specyficznie "pachnąca" winda-więc chodzenie po schodach. Klima OK. Parking pod blokiem-jak znajdzie się miejsce. Wszędzie blisko. Plaża bezpieczna dla dzieci. Duży plus dla Gospodarza (Pani Sandra wyjechała po nas w nocy i pokierowała na miejsce)
