Gut ausgestattetes, renoviertes Appartement mir 3 Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern. Von allen drei Schlafzimmern mit Doppelbetten ( gute Bett-Qualität) kann man auf die Terrasse mit Meerblick. Die Bäder sind für das Preisniveau in Ordnung, aber beide leider fensterlos. Die Lage ist top und Rabac mit Restaurants etc. sind problemlos fußläufig zu erreichen. Parken erfolgt direkt neben der Immobilie in einem schattigen Pinienwald. Sehr angenehm ist der direkt darunter liegende kleine Supermarkt, in welchem man alle Dinge des täglichen Gebrauchs kaufen kann; auch Gebäck wie Krapfen, Brötchen und Brioche in der Früh. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend; man kann sich perfekt in deutsch und auch italienisch verständigen. Tolle Lage mit fußläufig zu erreichenden Stränden; Altstadt Labin ist schnell erreichbar. In Labin auch große Supermärkte wie Spar, Lidl, DM und Müller.
