Velké horko, bez klimatizace, na malý balkonek stále žhne odpolední slunce, stínění svislými vnějšími závěsy je nedostatečné, ale jinak to tam nelze udělat. Apartmán by potřeboval rekonstrukci minimálně instalací včetně koupelny. V okolí je více domů, takže se na molech pohybuje dost návštěvníků.
