Super lokacija, super lastnika, čisti apartmaji. Pridemo spet :)

Wir waren rundum sehr zufrieden. Es war ein ganz wunderbarer Ort: ein Appartment, direkt am Meer in einer kleinen Bucht mit glasklarem Wasser, vom Balkon aus gab es eine herrliche Aussicht auf das Meer. Das Appartment war sauber und hübsch eingerichtet. Die Stimmung am Strand war friedlich und freundlich! Der Kellner im naheliegenden Restaurant war herzlich und stets gut gelaunt. Es hat uns absolut gut gefallen und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Vlastní apartmán pro nás nebyl až tak důležitý,zcela nám však vyhovoval i přes jeho jednoduché vybavení. Co je pro naší dovolenou podstatnější a podle čeho jsme také vybírali,bylo místo - a to bylo úplně vynikající - pár metrů od průzračného moře s výhledem na klidný záliv z naší terasy

Le logement est super bien situé face à la mer dans une petite crique! Le lieu est calme et vraiment très agréable mais il y a 6 appartements dans le logement et d"autres locations tout autour, alors ce n"est donc pas si "intime" que ce qu"on avait lu en commentaires, ce qui n"enlève rien cependant à la qualité des lieux. Sur l"annonce les photos de tous les appartements sont mélangées et on ne sait pas à l"avance celui que l"on aura, or les six appartements ne sont pas tous de même standing ! Nous avions l"appartement central du RDC qui est vraiment "vieillot" et mériterait un sérieux rajeunissement et davantage d"équipements. De plus, les claustras ente les terrasses des 3 appartements du bas sont très ajourés, ce qui peut être gênant.

Ubytování zrekonstruované, nové, hezké, čisté. Málo nádobí v kuchyni pro ty, co si chtějí vařit sami. Wi-fi žádná hitparáda, ale na prohlížené e-mailů a webových stránek v pořádku. Bez signálu T-mobile, O2 zde signál měl. V objektu je celkem 6 apartmánů a víceméně jediné místo na pláži je přímo pod domem. Pokud by všichni chtěli strávit celý den tady, moc soukromí si neužijí. Hospůdka naproti v "hotelu" Golden bay se věnuje přednostně svým hostům, na pivo a zaplacení jsme čekali velmi dlouho, a to kromě nás byli v hospůdce jen dvě dvojice. Přehlížení ze strany obsluhy bylo velmi nepříjemné. Točené pivo v 08/2021 za 28 kuna. Největší milé překvapení pobytu: ŽÁDNÍ komáři !

Minden rendben volt. Tiszta, kellemes környezet. Kedvesek voltak a tulajok is. Nyugis meghitt környezet.

Super plaža,lokacija odlična,lastnik zelo prijazen in ustrežljiv. Oprema stanovanja slaba, zakonska postelja in jogiji slabi,za zamenjat. Vse skupaj zelo dobro, bili smo zadovoljni. Za se vrniti :inlove:

Apartment "a" is in the older part of the house on the ground floor. It is dark and worn out compared to the upper floor. Mattresses are very old and loud, definitely not comfortable. No air condition and no dishwasher in the kitchen. You need to expect some traffic at the front door and less privacy from other guests. The location itself and the access to the sea is still superb.

Apartment d is really nice, very well equipped, with nice view from the balcony and air condition. All facilities seem to be new. Kitchen is well equipped including the dishwasher. The private access to the sea is really superb. All apartments have private parking and free wifi.

Bel appartamento direttamente su spiaggia privata

Su booking la foto della spiaggia non corrisponde alla realtà. Al momento del pagamento della seconda parte di soldi in contanti all"arrivo non ci è stato dato il resto e non ci è stata consegnata la ricevuta. In compenso ci è stata regalata una bottiglia di vino. Per il resto tutto ok.

Alloggio incredibile. Situata in una caletta fantastica con spiaggia privata, ristorante e campetto da beach volley/soccer. Nel verde e nella tranquillità più totale ma a meno di 10 minuti di auto dal centro di Hvar. Uno degli alloggi più belli in cui abbia alloggiato nella mia vita, e oltretutto a un prezzo onestissimo. Non ve ne pentirete

Un bel appartement dans un petit écrin de nature avec la mer à vos pieds. Un petit restaurant sympathique à 50 mètres vous proposant du poisson à un super rapport qualité prix. Que du bonheur.. Nous recommandons vivement à condition d"être véhiculé.

Nettes neues Apartment mit wunderschöner Bucht und nettem Lokal daneben. Leider gab es keine Sonnenschirme, weder auf der Terrasse noch am Strand. Wir hatten unseren eigenen Sonnenschirm dabei, aber es gab auch keine / bzw nur einen Schirmständer. Die Terrasse war leider noch nicht fertig und wie gesagt ohne Sonnenschutz - daher nicht wirklich zu verwenden - Keine Markise, kein Boden (z.B. Fliesen), kein Verputz, so wie übrigens auch die Fassade des Apartments noch nicht verputzt war …. alles halt irgendwie noch nicht fertig, daher fand ich das Preis-Leistung Verhältnis nicht in Ordnung. Das WIFI hat zu Beginn gar nicht funktioniert, es wurde dann sofort behoben aber die Leistung war sehr dürftig …. ich habe den ganzen Urlaub meine Mobilen Daten verwendet, aber die Kids waren nicht erfreut. Fazit … man könnte mit relativ wenig Aufwand viel mehr aus der Lokation herausholen. Für 180 € am Tag für ein Apartment das weit weg von jeder Infrastruktur liegt hätte ich mir halt nicht nur GUT sonder Sehr Gut oder Ausgezeichnet erwartet.

Large spacious apartment, good outside space, perfect position by the sea, lots of sunbeds. Bit scruffy everywhere. Only 1 small towel each, another one or two would have been appreciated. No information leaflets in room about the area.

Obiekt bardzo pozytywny ale biorąc pod uwagę cenę nie powinny występować poniższe mankamenty: ciągłe trudności z dostępem do internetu niewygodne materace na łózku mrówki.

zatoka Zastupac jest nam dobrze znana, byliśmy tu nie po raz pierwszy. Kwaterę wybieraliśmy świadomie. Czysto, wygodnie. Gospodarze przesympatyczni. Może tuż tuż, leżaczki też. Świetna baza wypadowa na wycieczki w zachodniej części wysypy. I za rozsądną cenę. Super miejsce dla rodzin z dziećmi

Nevyhovující skříň na oblečení, schází poličky na prádlo.

Apartma je zelo lepo urejen, hiška je v idilični uvali. Posebej pa moramo pohvaliti lastnike, ki so zelo prijazni in ustrežljivi. Priporočamo. Maja

Very nice appartment, appears to be brand new! Perfectly clean on arrival, and easy to keep clean during our stay. Kitchen actually useable and have dishwasher! Loved it! Very well equiped with frying pan, pots in different sizes and good kvives!!! Bedroom is a little small and we could use some shelfs... ;) Picture is not lying, you are in the water in some 20 sec.! The water is warm and crystal-clear. Sable/grabble beach suitable for kids, or you can hit the water directly from the rocks! If you are looking for party all night long, you are in the wrong place. If you are looking for calmness, quietnes and relaxation, you"ve found it! Go to the local market in Hvar town, buy fresh vegetables, and some meat for the barbecue at Svir (next to Konsum). Then you see what life is about...

hi, alot to say, so i will be brief, the site is amazing with a private beach, really clean water, but i stayed there 1 week, only 2 days the sea was calm and clean, rest of the week, more waves than south side of the island, and we got sooooooo much bored, and about the villa, there was no couch/sofa, so we had to sit all night on wooden chairs, you may not think it is important but it was really painful, and there were no curtains, only see-through curtains, so everybody was watching us at night passing our apartment. also in hvar you must bring your anti-fly stuff, i was literally open buffet for mosquitoes. i paid each taxi trip to the town centre 150 whatever the money is there, so you must either come with car packed well with food, otherwise you might want to pay taxi double everyday, if you get bored. as i said the apartment was the most basic setup ever, i found the home-owners really helpful and kind, but they must improve their flats. and if you are unlucky like me about the weather, you will get bored so much. and also some tips about the town Hvar, shopping is far more expensive than eating outside, my advice , do not rent apartment, go for a town hotel even if you are a baby, the restaurants are far more cheaper than markets. we had a baby with us so only boat trips you can go are the ones with double deck large boats including lunches, but if you prefer to go for 390 per person blue cave trip, prepare to waste your 5 hours on sea and only 10 minutes swimming in green cave sea, not blue (not-allowed), and the other trip is islands tour for 200 per person, which is basically same as taking sea-taxi for 60kn for return to one of those island beaches. oww, and also do not forget to book your catamaran tickets before hand, otherwise , you may not find or wait for last second tickets in a long queues in the mornings or take ferry from Stalingrad which will triple the time of your journey back to the airport.

Miejsce idealne dla ludzi ceniących ciszę i spokój. Plaża maleńka i zatokowa,więc po burzy zaśmiecona ale nie jest to problem(sprzątanie zajmuje 5 min.). Na plaży tylko zakwaterowani goście, więc nie ma przypadkowych osób.Kwatera wystarczająca dla niewymagających, ogromnym atutem jest lokalizacja przy samej plaży, niestety pierwszy raz spotkałam się w Chorwacji z pleśnią w domu.W telewizji satelitarnej dwa programy polskie( Mango i jakiś tam mało znaczący). Mili gospodarze. Miejsce ciekawe. :happy:
